Fully managed service
We provide a fully managed service, this includes all day to day liaison with the network operator and full Technical Support to all users.
Administrative support
All account administration is handled by our own team, it is not a call centre type of service, all our customers get to know their support team and their dedicated account manager. Contact can be telephone, email, or online portals such as Service Now.
Our team has been awarded the O2 customer excellence award twice, due to our CSI (customer satisfaction index) score being amongst the highest within the O2 partner network.
Technical support
The technical team are all fully manufacturer and network trained, they have all the necessary processes in place to ensure the smooth running of all mobile communication liaison between our customers, its 3rd party suppliers, O2, and all UK mobile network operators, Microsoft, equipment manufacturers and application providers for product areas such as:

Our customers talk to us, we then action their requests or resolve their issues with the various call centres of the networks or suppliers and report back to them once concluded.
